Having two attorneys working on the same case. Possible?

Additional Details:
I have lawyer working on my immigration case. Recently I had some issues with my case. What do I
have to do if I still want to keep my existing lawyer and hire another one for same purposes.
Legal Topic Area: Immigration in NJ

Generally, you should have only one attorney at a time. If you are not happy with your current attorney, you can seek a second opinion regarding your case. I do not see the purpose in having two attorneys working on the same case. The NJ State Bar Association may have rules against such a situation.

Good luck,

Mark
