How do I bring my spouse to the U.S? I am a U.S. Citizen and recently got married in my home
country.

Legal Topic Area: Immigration in CA

Congratulations on your recent marriage.

Bringing your spouse to the U.S. is a two stage process that involves filing I-130 paperwork at a Service Center here in the U.S. and then processing for an immigrant visa through the U.S. consulate in your spouse's home country.

See:

Every case is different and requires individual analysis etc. You should consider consulting with an immigration attorney to review your specific facts and advise on a case plan to bring your spouse to the U.S.
