I'm listed as a dependent on my parents' green card application. Can I move out and get my own
apartment without jeopardizing my application?

Additional Details:
Our priority date has passed. We''ve had our interviews with USCIS, and they now renew our temporary
work permits yearly while we wait for a green card.

That should not jeopardize your application. However, make sure you fill out an AR-11 to notify USCIS of your address change.
