What kind of visa am I eligible to?

Additional Details:
I''m French, I want to live and work in the US but I''m kind of lost, I don''t know what visa I can
apply for, I''m a freelancer, I''m not graduated so I find it hard to find a visa that will match my
situation. I can''t apply for a J1 visa cause I''m 30, I''m not a student and I don''t have 5 years
of experience in a specific field. I have had a lot of roles but my positions always change. I think
I can''t apply for a H1B cause I''m not graduated. Finally, I don''t think I can apply for a green
card, because finding a sponsor will be nearly impossible in my situation. So I don''t know what to
do. Thank you.

What would you like to do in the U.S.? What type of employment are you looking for? Are you interested in purchasing or starting a business?

Whether you are eligible for any non-immigrant visa options really depends on your specific plans for the U.S. There are many non-immigrant visa categories, but whether one is a fit for you depends on what you want to do here.

It may be beneficial to you to consult with an immigration attorney who can discuss your plans, review all non-immigrant categories with you and see if there is something you can pursue now or plan to pursue.
