i married a moroccan man in feb 2009. i recently received an intent to deny letter from immigration.
they want proof of an emotional relationship

Additional Details:
how do i prove to them that what we have is a bona fide marriage and not a marriage of convnience?
we met in feb 2007. started "dating" in august 2007. i made my first visit there in july 2008 then
went back in feb 2009 to marry. im planning another trip at teh end of this month. we passed all teh
requirements here in teh US but now they are saying that we dont have a bona fide marriage. what
kind of proof can i use to show them? we dont own property together, he doesnt have a social
security # so i can add him to my checking, i cant have anymore children so having another child is
out of the question. i love this man and i know he loves me too. next week we will celebrate our 3rd
anniversary. a friend said i should get a lawyer. i have heard that our visa app is only good fofr a
year which would be up march 2, 2012. is it too late for a lawyer?

Notices of Intent to Revoke (NOIR) from USCIS should be taken seriously. If you do not reply, then you will have to start all over. It is not possible to say what evidence you should present or have. Each case of this type is immensely personal and will have its own evidence and facts. As to your last question, I do not believe it is too late for an attorney. However, NOIR's typically only have a 30 day window for replying. I would find a reputable local attorney as soon as you can.
